Prior to real estate, Peter built a successful career in technology sales before transitioning into financial services, where he worked as a Relationship Manager and Private Banker serving high-net-worth clients with a focus on financial planning, portfolio management, and wealth preservation. He also developed extensive expertise in private and commercial lending, enabling him to structure creative financing solutions for a wide range of transactions, including 1031 exchanges and investment acquisitions.
